 OUR WORKING PROCESS OF ACRYLIC                                      DENTURE

 The process of acrylic denture starts with the process of articulating the case material


 The case material  which is given for acrylic denture is firstly cleaned with the proper cleaning solution and then the material     which is cleaned is then trimmed to take it out the extra unwanted parts in the case material is thus given to articulate.the process of acyrilic denture includes the following steps .                                

In the above picture is the process of  initial cleaning that was done before the process of acrylic denture by our senior technician.This  cleaning process is followed by waxing the study model.                 
The waxing process is then further followed by fixing the suitable teeth according to the teeth size and the shade 
After fixing the teeth in the wax, the wax has to be cut off and shaped and the it has to fixed in the articulate machine to check the fittings of the teeth
After fixing the teeth in the articulate machine and if the teeth is found fixed right is then taken out from the articulate machine.
